Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our properties, and supporting the sales process. This position is for females only and is a work-from-office role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to introduce SCC Homes and our offerings.
• Answer incoming calls and provide detailed property information.
• Identify client needs and suggest suitable properties.
• Maintain an updated customer database.
• Follow up with clients and assist them through the buying process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Supervise construction sites and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
