Sales Executive
Full-time Chennai

Drive property sales by understanding client requirements and matching them with the right project, from first enquiry through to closing.

What You'll Do
  • Handle walk-in and online property enquiries
  • Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
  • Negotiate and close sales in line with pricing guidelines
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years in real estate or field sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
Site Engineer
Full-time On-site

Oversee day-to-day construction activity on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence across ongoing projects.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise on-site construction teams and contractors
  • Ensure work matches approved drawings and specifications
  • Track material usage and daily progress reports
  • Coordinate with architects and project managers
What We're Looking For
  • B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of on-site residential construction experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and site documentation
Interior Designer

Design functional, beautiful interiors for our residential projects, working closely with clients and the execution team.

What You'll Do
  • Create mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations
  • Present design concepts to clients and refine based on feedback
  • Coordinate material selection with vendors
  • Support on-site execution quality checks
What We're Looking For
  • Degree/diploma in Interior Design
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar
  • A strong eye for detail and space planning
Architect

Lead architectural planning and design for upcoming residential and villa projects, balancing aesthetics with buildability.

What You'll Do
  • Develop layouts, elevations and structural coordination drawings
  • Work with structural and MEP consultants
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and approvals
  • Guide junior designers on ongoing projects
What We're Looking For
  • B.Arch with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools
  • Experience with residential/villa-scale projects preferred
Site Supervisor
Full-time On-site

Manage daily labour, materials, and quality checks on active construction sites, reporting directly to the site engineer.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate labour attendance and daily task allocation
  • Monitor quality of workmanship on-site
  • Maintain material inward/outward registers
  • Report progress and issues to the site engineer
What We're Looking For
  • ITI/Diploma with 2+ years of site supervision experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of construction practices
  • Ability to manage on-ground labour teams
Marketing Executive

Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive quality leads for our ongoing projects.

What You'll Do
  • Run and optimize digital ad campaigns
  • Coordinate site branding, hoardings and print collateral

What We're Looking For
